KNIGHTS JOINING RELIEF EFFORTS AFTER RECORD FLOODING IN EASTERN CANADA OTTAWA, Canada—Jocko Point, the home to the indigenous peoples of the Nipissing First Nations, is accessible by one road. If it floods, the entire community would have to be evacuated.
